Well greetings everybody; It's so nice to be back but not in this condition with a sprained ankle and let me just give you a bit of advice if you must do something to your ankle, break it don't just sprain it, because they tell me it would have been healed before now if it had been broken and that a sprain takes a lot longer and I'm still working with it regularly twice a day...
